Tasting: Aromatic with citrus blossom, green pear and biscuit characters on the nose. Full and fruity flavours of baked apple, peer and nectarine. It has very attractive tropical and lime blossom characters with an exotic spicy finish.
Wine Making: Fruit was hand picked from 16 year old Pinot Noir vines on Scott Henry trellising. All fruit was very gently whole bunch pressed to minimize skin contact and colour extraction. The juice was cool fermented to preserve primary fruit characters.

A charming white wine made from hand-picked pinot noir, the fragrant bouquet shows apricot, rockmelon, lemon zest and floral characters. The palate is bright and lively, and displays youthful vibrancy together with fine texture and juicy acidity, finishing long and tasty.
